fully computerized documentation system hence no chance
of any discrepancy in the shipments. The implemented environment
is Visual FoxPro / Climax, which is most advanced software
of shipping industry. Every department and every individual
has its separate email address which makes prompt reply.
The entire manifest and cargo release messages are use
to send by email and fax. All records of IN/OUT correspondence
are maintained hand to hand in our secured database system.
All documentation i.e IGM, EGM, Manifest, Bill of Lading,
Container Status Reports, and Vessel/ Voyage Reports are
computer generated. |
